"The afternoon of July 14, 2012"
(i) Question: How can I sit?
A: There's a saying: "The Zin is not in the leg, the Zin is not in the mouth." So, the form of Zin is not important, the key is to calm down. Of course, if you're well-adjusted, it'll work well.
In the case of Zenen, the seven-mixer seat should be taken: two legs to sit, two hands to seal, a straight body, two shoulders to relax (breathing with arms, no internal collection), a slightly forwarding head, eyes open and tongue to the upper jaw. If you fix it with this sit-in, your heart is easier to bend.
(ii) Question: In Buddha's law, it says: "All is all, all is one". What does that mean?
A: This is a description of the legal truth. The world's so-called "one" and "many" are set up without detailed observation, and if they are strictly observed, neither is valid.
For example, a bottle, made up of countless microdusts, called a bottle, is just a pseudonym. Now that "one" bottle doesn't work, "many" microdust doesn't work. Since "one" and "over" are false, "one" can contain "more" and "more" can be "one".
The phrase "everything is all, everything is all" and, in other words, "the colour is empty and the colour is empty."
Question: In temples, you often see the word "No Gate" and ask for an indication of the meaning of "No Gate".
Answer: The "Full-A-Fi" is an incredible place to go. That's the case with Zen's enlightenment.

Language.——It is wrong to say yes, it is wrong to say no and it cannot be divided.
(iii) Question: I am a student of the Institute, and please ask my superiors to say a few words of blessing and encouragement to our group.
A: I hope that you will make it stop, by way of training, and that you will remove the ignorance and confusion of your hearts, and realize the truth of all the laws, and then all the good will come to pass.
Sung-fu, not for his own happiness, but for his own good, it does not mean much. Happiness is based on altruism, so I hope that you will live with the benefits of action.
(iv) Question: How do we get to say "The Buddha is not in the leg, the Buddha is not in the mouth"?
Answer: "I am not in the leg, I am not in the mouth." But for the beginners, the Qin had to stretch his legs and Buddha had to read one sentence. When it comes to the highest level, it is not necessary to hold on to this form, and it is possible to exercise it, for example, when it is about to lose its temper, to look back and calm its heart.
(v) Question: I understand that Zen is a border, and Zen Zeng is the necessary process to reach it. Do I get it right?
A: Yes, Zen is indeed a realm of hearts, one of high and low, one of the four worlds and one of the worlds. The purpose of Zen is to reach its borders.
In the case of Zen, there are now a variety of descriptions, and some have even applied it to tea culture and stock exchanges. Of course, it's all right. The law of war can be integrated into all aspects of life. In the end, however, Zen is still a place to taste for himself.
(vi) Question: If I want to improve my language skills, ask: Do you speak with your brain or with your heart? How can one speak with one mind, heart and mouth?
A: If you don't have a brain, your mouth can't speak; if you don't have a heart, you can't speak in depth. So when I spoke, I used my heart and mind, but mostly my heart.
A scholar speaks with his brain, remembers a lot of data and cases in his head, and then repeats them, with the exception of his own experience.

It's in the heart.
The pedagogues speak with their heart, not necessarily with many cases and theories, but with their own context. I tried to stay as close as possible to the latter.
